Incredible spa facilities that offered a perfect retreat.
The soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear neighbors clearly.

It was just a nice choice for a concise stay in Portals Nous (Mallorca) with good value considering the price charged. The hotel's kids pool and play area looked amazing and was a big hit with the children. I recommend checking the evening menu as it doesn’t offer much for kids.

The hotel’s décor exudes a charming Mediterranean vibe, making it feel welcoming. The spacious rooms and easy access to facilities made it a breeze for my friends and me to enjoy our stay, minus any stress.
Improve accessibility for senior guests on steep paths.

We had an amazing family day out visiting the marine zoo nearby, where we enjoyed watching dolphins and sea lions. The hotel offered a lovely indoor design that complemented our stay, with easy access to beautiful shops and restaurants in the area.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available in the hotel, especially during the evenings when we were stuck inside.

I loved the charming Mediterranean vibe throughout the hotel! The breakfast had everything from fresh pastries to a fantastic omelette station. Just wish the pool was a bit larger. 🌊

The room was spacious and had a comfy bed, which was a plus. The rain shower was nice too! However, the decor felt a bit outdated. Those dull artex walls and ceiling really need some love. It felt functional but could use a refresh to match the modern vibe of the hotel!

missingWrote a review on Jul 13marine zoobeach rugby tournamentloud music
Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited a marine zoo and spotted dolphins and sea lions, then checked out one of the largest Beach Rugby tournaments in Europe, which was a blast. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the staff were friendly. The spa was another highlight, offering a relaxing experience after our busy days.
The only downside was the loud music in the reception area, which was hard to ignore even on the 6th floor. It made it tough to unwind when we returned from our outings.

decent stay but room for improvement
The staff at the reception were welcoming and accommodating when we arrived. The breakfast offered a decent selection, which helped start our day on a positive note. We appreciated the location's proximity to the beach, allowing for easy access to beautiful views during our stay.
However, the room quality did not meet our expectations for a 4 establishment.

The breakfast buffet was a real treat, offering a wide variety of delicious eats every morning! We also loved the convenient location near phenomenal restaurants like Il Tano Portals and the pizza joint right across the street. Can't beat the view from the Deluxe Room with Panoramic View and Spa Access!
The spa was a bit of a letdown—small and not well-managed during busy times. We had quite a noisy crowd making it feel more like a party than a relaxing experience. Nonetheless, the overall stay was enjoyable, just a few tweaks could elevate it!

Perfect for couples who want a tranquil getaway
Let me tell you, the breakfast room was lovely and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was just right. The dinner was fabulous, felt like a high-end restaurant with each dish pleasing to the eye and the palate.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
